Hi,
I'm Talei (Ta-lay),

I am a lover of the outdoors, eternal optimist, and servant-hearted leader.

In the first decade of my career, I worked as an Engineer in the Aviation Industry. In this role, I had the privilege of leading teams, training apprentices, and collaborating with fellow engineers to successfully complete numerous multi-million dollar projects.

During that period, I realised my deep passion for working with people, prompting me to redirect my efforts towards Community

Development. Since then, I have been fortunate to work in various locations such as Regional Australia, Africa, and North America. In these diverse settings, my primary focus has been on strengthening communities, empowering individuals, and equipping resilient leaders to thrive in our rapidly evolving world. To enhance my Leadership and Development skills, I trained with the Proctor Gallagher Institute to become a Thinking Into Results Consultant. This program has dramatically changed my life, had a positive impact on my marriage; and elevated the individuals, teams and business I've worked with to significantly increased productivity, collaboration, service and profits.
